The players don't always want to cope with the means the game offers, otherwise none would create mods by the way. What's your problem with it? GTA 3 is a SOLO game, what the other players do in their party doesn't have any repercussion on yours. Like I wrote I can't know if the person is interested by mods or not so I offer this solution.
Instead, to be even easier, f*ck even doing the Hidden Packages, right? Just download a 100% Save off the Web and go crazy, install tons of mods, play in the sandbox. What does being telepathic have anything to do with having knowledge about the game? I think people are well aware that if they don't want to do any work, they can use Trainers and such to teleport them to Hidden Packages or use Helicopters in which don't exist in normal gameplay without the use of Mods to get them to Hidden Packages and such without having to ***learn about the game and discover new things*** which to some, is the one reason they are playing GTA.
